Hi! I’m Kate. For over 15 years, I’ve been passionate about helping writers of all ages strengthen their creative and essay writing skills.
By listening closely to my students, I’ve developed an approach that helps writers refine their ideas, build stronger writing skills, and communicate their perspectives and enthusiasm about a topic to their intended audience.
I have taught literature, writing, poetry, and creative writing courses at the college level. As part of this work, I collaborated with faculty to support writing across a range of disciplines. I have also tutored undergraduate and graduate writers in three university writing centers, working one-on-one with students to help them become more confident and effective writers.
